Issue- When we create tickets in SCSM from SCORCH we run into the ticket type ID (IR/SR/CR) being dropped from in front of the ticket number.

Environment- SCSM 2012R2, SCORCH 2012R2

Solution-

Below you can see the IR has been stripped (or not defined) when SCORCH created this automated Incident Request.

To add the IR back into the ID field you have to define IR{0} in the SCORCH ID fields.  See below
