Issue– When installing additional SCSM 2012 SP1 management servers there is a bug with the provided media.  As of 1/9/2013 the media I obtained from the MS Volume licensing still contained the bug for SCSM 2012 SP1.   When running this media in a production environment we did not see any impact to the end users or loss of functionality.  However the “Operations Manager” event viewer will be constantly polluted with 33333 error’s.

Environment– Windows Server 2012, SCSM 2012 SP1 UR4

Solution– After opening a ticket with MS and using updated media they provided (Which was an entire re-install of the Management server) the error stopped.  I have not tested this issue in a R2 net new install.  If i find a location for the media or they update the one on their Volume Licensing site i will update this blog.
