Microsoft in their infinite wisdom forgot to include the App-V Sequencer in their 1703R1 and 1709 releases of the ADK. The bits are their if you select “Windows 10 for installation on a separate computer”.
After the download is complete, map to the “Installers” folder and scroll down and you will see the bits for “Appman Sequencer..” which is the updated sequencer.
